1. LICENSE GRANT
   Upon purchase, the Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable
   license to install and use QuietMic ("the Software") on devices you own or
   control, for your personal or internal business use.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense the Software;
   (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the
   extent applicable law expressly permits; (c) remove or alter any proprietary
   notices.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. The Publisher retains all right, title,
   and interest in the Software, excluding third-party components (see item 6).

4. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
   PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
   ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE
   USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
   The Software includes open-source components (DeepFilterNet, RNNoise, tract,
   egui, cpal, and others) under permissive MIT / Apache-2.0 / BSD licenses.
   See THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt. Those components are licensed to you under their
   own terms, which prevail over this Agreement for those components.

7. PRIVACY
   QuietMic processes audio locally on your device. It does not transmit your
   audio or any personal data over the network.

8. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION].

By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.
